We have a wonderful space in Hamilton with gym space for group classes and one to one treatments. We support people living with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions by helping them improve mobility, build confidence, and stay as active and independent as possible. There are virtual options available so we can keep you moving regardless of distance!
